Job summary

Responsibilities

• Explain forms and MyChart education; assist with records requests and payments as needed.
• Support kiosk check-in, maintain waiting area, and handle mail and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Access Center and clinical team for time-sensitive scheduling or inquiries.
