Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in healthcare navigation and patient advocacy preferred.
• Notary required within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient concerns and collaborates with managers, directors, and VPs to assure patient satisfaction.
• Mediates between physicians, patients, and family members to maintain communication and satisfaction.
• Oversees safety and HIPAA-related activities and participates in quality initiatives.
• Delivers educational presentations to community groups and care teams.
