Job summary

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Access to oversee registration and scheduling teams and support a positive patient experience. You will lead staff meetings, coach personnel, manage cash and end-of-day reconciliations, and drive revenue cycle metrics in collaboration with management.

The role emphasizes staffing optimization, training, performance reviews, and adherence to HIPAA and health information standards within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular staff meetings with the Patient Access team and leadership.
• Serve as a role model in patient and department relations.
• Provide daily supervision to triage staff.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize tasks and manage workload under pressure.
• Maintain payroll, timekeeping, and staffing records.
• Ensure payment-at-time-of-service metrics are met and accurate cash handling.
• Oversee patient registrations and scheduling for timeliness and accuracy.
• Support HIPAA compliance and health information standards.
