Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Help Desk/Rx Technician to support member inquiries, document requests, and eligibility updates under supervision.

You will assist staff with daily tasks and work toward answering calls independently, providing essential administrative support. You will cover Help Desk calls, learn PBM and pharmacy network systems, assist with client enrollments, and participate in on-site orientations and health fairs while completing mandatory HIPAA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred/he equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years experience in Rx technician or customer service in health care.

Responsibilities

• Answer Help Desk calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Master and use Help Desk systems and tools.
• Resolve customer service and Pharmacy Network issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with new client enrollments, changes and deletions.
• Support on-site client orientation, health fairs and conferences.
• Perform general office duties and complete regulatory training.
