Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Medical Billing education is a plus.
• Ability to follow multi-step procedures with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research held DME orders and identify root causes.
• Verify changes in patients' plans to ensure supplies ship timely.
• Obtain prior authorizations and resolve discrepancies.
• Document notes in the HDMS system and communicate with teams.
• Assist in improvements to order processes for timelier releases.
