Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Patient Services Lead at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. The role coordinates patient meal service, trains dining associates, and ensures staffing to support patient care in a compassionate healthcare setting.

The position requires prior management or supervisory experience, a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 10:00 am–6:30 pm with rotating weekends), and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure the Patient Dining Program's objectives are met.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure menu selections, tray assembly, and delivery/pick-up are carried out.
• Coordinate with nurses and culinary team on menu options for allergies, dietary needs, and cultural preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily meal selections and tray processes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and health and sanitation standards.
