Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Jonesboro, AR is hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time Patient Dining Associate / Dietary Aide positions at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. You will assist with menu selections, meal assembly, delivery and tray retrieval to support patient safety and satisfaction.

The role requires teamwork with nursing, dietary and care staff, adherence to HIPAA, HACCP and sanitation policies, with rotating weekends and a pay range of $13.37–$15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s selection and retrieve trays from patient rooms on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation policies; adhere to facility confidentiality and patient rights policies.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel promptly.
