Full-time, Mon–Fri 10:00 am–6:30 pm with rotating weekends; pay $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Experience in supervision required and ability to manage patient dining services with care and precision.

You will coordinate meal service, train associates, and collaborate with nursing and culinary teams to meet dietary needs while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to communicate and read safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation instructions.
• Able to lift and move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts.

Aufgaben

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure the Patient Dining Program objectives are met.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure meal service delivery.
• Coordinate menu alternatives for allergies, cultural preferences, and special requests.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections and tray processes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality; follow HACCP and health regs.
