Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) positions at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano in Plano, TX. The role focuses on providing patient meal service, menu assistance, tray assembly and timely delivery, with attention to nutrition and sanitation standards.

We offer a 3-day work week schedule (6:30 am–8:00 pm), rotating weekends/holidays, with paid training and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver/push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies and cultural preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on time according to patient orders.
• Follow regulatory standards, HIPAA, and confidentiality policies.
