PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE (DIETARY AIDE) is a full-time role at Morrison Healthcare in Houston, TX, located at TIRR Memorial Hermann. The position focuses on patient meal service, menu choices, tray assembly and timely delivery, with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or cultural/religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HACCP guidelines, sanitation, and HIPAA procedures.
