Responsibilities

• Leads team and daily operations of assigned areas and ensures tasks are completed.
• Manages hiring, training, mentoring, evaluating, conflict resolution and termination.
• Ensures food safety standards and regulatory guidelines are met.
• Assists in scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing within budget and coverage for vacations.
• Addresses service issues and coaching of caregivers; may lead patient areas and manage modified diets.
