Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and daily operations of assigned areas, ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, mentoring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure food safety standards and regulatory guidelines are met; assist scheduling within budget.
• Oversee overtime and premium pay; handle service recovery and staffing adjustments.
• Support in keeping storage areas clean and compliant with Joint Commission and Health Department guidelines.
