Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Patient Services Lead at Freeman Health Springdale. You will coordinate patient meal service, train Patient Dining Associates, and ensure units are properly staffed to provide service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.
• Aptitude for effectively operating hospital’s ADT system, and other computer-based systems, which manage patient care records.
• The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to achieve the Patient Dining Program objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they assist patients with menu selections and tray delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing and culinary teams to accommodate allergies, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
