Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and special requests for the Patient Dining Program.
• Ensure Patient Dining Associates are trained and units are staffed for service.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu options for allergies and preferences.
• Monitor daily patient meal selections, tray completion, delivery and retrieval.
• Adhere to HIPAA and facility confidentiality policies.
