Qualifications

• 1 year of previous food service and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure the objectives of the Patient Dining Program are accomplished.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure meals are properly assembled and delivered.
• Determine menu alternatives for patients with allergies, cultures, or preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate patient meal selections and delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HACCP, and health regulations.
• Conduct daily associate team meetings and complete required reports.
