The role emphasizes interaction with patients and teamwork within a department known for strong leadership and staff collaboration. Rotating shifts begin as early as 6:30 a.m., with every other weekend and holiday commitments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates patient concerns to supervisor or clinical staff promptly.
• Handles all phone calls with professional etiquette and follows up to resolution.
• Processes nutrition care orders accurately and timely.
• Prepares tray tickets for food assembly per workflow procedures.
• Assists patients with menu planning according to diet orders.
• Maintains records and prepares reports as assigned.
