Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell, TN. Roles include assisting patients with meals, assembling trays, and delivering food on unit floors in a healthcare setting.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with rotating weekends. Prior customer service and food service experience are preferred, with willing training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and deliver meals.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s order and dietary requirements.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms on schedule.
• Ensure meals are delivered at the right time and temperature while maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance.
