Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aides) at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, 1901 Clinch Avenue South West, Knoxville, TN 37916. This role supports patient dining on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup. Schedule: 40 hours per week; days and hours may vary.

Requires prior food service or healthcare experience. Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret English-language documents.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds and push carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary requirements.
• Assemble and deliver meals on time according to individual orders.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms and ensure accuracy of each tray.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Record daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
