Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves helping patients with menu selections, assembling meals, and delivering trays on 12-hour shifts.

Prior patient experience is preferred and training is provided. Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with a benefits-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders comply with nutritional requirements.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures and follow confidentiality policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food, cleaning work stations, and breaking down tray line.
• Assist dietitians with patients on restricted diets or specific calorie counts.
