Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts, with weekends and holidays possible, and a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Prior patient experience is preferred, and training is provided. Join a caring team that nourishes patients and supports the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or dietary preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient's selection and retrieve trays on time.
• Comply with regulatory standards (federal/state/JCAHO) and HIPAA policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets and participate in daily reporting.
