Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at McDowell Hospital in Marion, NC. Roles are available full-time and part-time with varying day schedules and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Join a caregiving team focused on patient safety, accurate meal delivery, and compliant nutrition service. Training is provided to new hires and benefits are available for eligible positions.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s selection.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms at scheduled times.
• Follow HIPAA confidentiality policies and health regulations.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Assist dietitians with patients on special diets.
• Document daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Communicate problems to appropriate personnel promptly.
