Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Dining Associate to support meal service on assigned hospital units in Bartlett, TN. The role involves helping patients select meals, assembling and delivering trays, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service.

Position offers full-time and part-time schedules with 6:45 am–6:45 pm shifts; prior customer service experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay, comprehensive team benefits, and a values-driven culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu options for allergies, cultural or religious preferences; accommodate additional selections as needed.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s order and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow regulatory standards including HIPAA, HACCP, and infection control policies.
• Monitor patients on specific diets and assist dietitians as needed.
• Communicate issues to appropriate personnel promptly; complete required reports.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
