Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Bentonville, AR is hiring for a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) on a full-time basis. You will help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements in a hospital setting.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, basic math and computer skills, and strong attention to safety and sanitation standards. Prior related experience is preferred, with benefits supporting full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, cultural, ethnic, or religious preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays per patient selections and schedules.
• Comply with federal, state, and local health regulations including HIPAA and HACCP guidelines.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on restricted diets.
