Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at McLeod Seacoast in Little River, SC. This full-time role involves assisting patients with menu choices, assembling and delivering meals, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Work is three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift weekly with rotating weekends. Prior experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu options for allergies, preferences, and cultural considerations.
• Assemble meals per patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
