Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for a full-time role at McLeod Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and support nutritional care on assigned units.

The position requires good English, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Training is provided; benefits and growth opportunities exist within a values-driven team.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements or restrictions.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, preferences, or cultural/religious needs.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on schedule, accurately reflecting each patient\'s selection.
• Follow HACCP guidelines, HIPAA policies, and facility confidentiality rules.
• Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel promptly.
