Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble and deliver meals and trays accurately and timely.
• Follow HACCP and HIPAA policies and maintain sanitation standards.
• Support dietitians and care team in patient meals and dietary needs.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
