Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA affiliate, seeks a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at McLeod Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach. This full-time role supports patient meal service, menu selections, tray assembly, and timely delivery in a hospital setting.

You will work with nursing and dietary staff to meet nutritional requirements, follow HACCP and HIPAA guidelines, and contribute to high-quality patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements or restrictions.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and sanitation; follow infection control policies.
• Assist dietitians with patients on special diets and monitor intake when needed.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as required by Morrison Healthcare policies.
