Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at McLeod Loris, SC. The role includes assembling and delivering patient meals, ensuring accurate menus, and maintaining safety standards.

Schedule features three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift weekly, with rotating weekends. Requirements include English literacy, basic computing skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Formación

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and timing.
• Complies with federal/state/JCAHO standards and HIPAA policies.
• Follows HACCP guidelines when handling food and cleaning work stations.
• Assist dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets.
• Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
