Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) positions at Novant Matthews in Matthews, NC. • Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and ensure meals meet nutritional needs.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on time for each patient.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and infection control policies and assist/dietitians as needed.
• Communicate issues to the care team and complete required reports.
