Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates to support hospital units by assisting patients with menu selections, assembling and delivering meals, and ensuring meals are served accurately and on time.

Located at Lakeside Medical in Belle Glade, FL, these full-time or part-time roles require customer service experience and offer a pay range of $15.00–$16.50 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Aufgaben

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure dietary compliance.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, cultural, ethnic and religious preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on schedule; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Comply with HIPAA policies and confidentiality; follow regulatory standards.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitize work stations and equipment.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on specific diets as needed.
• Communicate issues to appropriate staff and complete daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
