Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Manager, Patient Development to lead the inside sales team focused on converting patient interest into booked appointments. You will set targets, coach reps, and manage day-to-day call center operations ensuring HIPAA-compliant, warm, patient-first interactions.

The role requires 2–5 years leading an inside sales or call center team, with strong coaching and KPI management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• 2–5 years leading an inside sales, call center, or contact center team.
• Experience with conversion, coaching, and KPI targets.
• Knowledge of QA scoring and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead inside sales team responsible for converting patient interest to booked appointments.
• Set targets for call-to-booking conversion and monitor KPIs.
• Coach reps through 1:1s and call reviews to improve performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, onboarding, and escalations.
