Duly Health and Care is seeking a Manager, Patient Development to lead an inside sales team that converts patient interest into booked appointments. You will guide coaching, onboarding, and day-to-day operations to meet conversion KPIs while ensuring HIPAA-compliant patient interactions.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced call center environment. Competitive base pay and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inside sales and call center performance management, including conversion funnels and how leading indicators drive booked-appointment outcomes.
• Knowledge of contact center metrics—conversion rate, answer and abandonment rates, speed-to-answer, average handle time, and schedule adherence.
• Skill in coaching agents to measurable performance improvement using call scoring and QA calibration.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns call-to-booking conversion rate and targets; sets goals for individuals and the team.
• Reviews calls and performance data daily/weekly; diagnoses gaps and acts via telephony analytics.
• Coaches and trains PDRs on patient call model and conversion best practices; conducts 1:1s and side-by-sides.
• Maintains knowledge base and pursues process improvements to boost agent throughput and conversion.
