Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of work-related experience in health care admin, financial, insurance customer service, claims, billing, call center or management.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage every ticket daily (delivery, pick-up, service) and create routes for each technician.
• Develop knowledge of HME products, services, and applicable regulations.
• Clear routes daily with delivery technicians to ensure all stops are completed.
• Screen tickets for mistakes and resolve with management or order creator.
• Create routes meeting window blocks and customer/referral expectations within budget.
• Coordinate scheduling and routing with customers and technicians to ensure excellent care.
