Elite Dental Partners in Westlake, OH is seeking a Patient Coordinator to greet patients, collect information, verify insurance, and keep the daily schedule running smoothly.

You will explain benefits, process payments, balance deposits, and support the care team with a welcoming, organized office culture. This full-time role offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business/healthcare degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a dental, medical, healthcare, or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families, making them feel welcome in the practice.
• Gather patient information, create files, and verify insurance eligibility.
• Maintain a productive schedule for the day and schedule future appointments.
• Confirm patient appointments and update the schedule as needed.
• Answer patient questions about insurance and financial arrangements.
• Collect and post payments from patients and insurance companies.
• Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing.

• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, Dentrix experience strongly preferred
