Job summary

Elite Dental Partners seeks a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on treatment plans, present options, and secure financial consent. You will ensure plan accuracy and manage scheduling while coordinating with labs to prepare cases before patient appointments.

The role requires a high school diploma with 2+ years in dental/healthcare, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dentrix. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business or healthcare education preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software; Dentrix strongly preferred.
