Job summary

Advantage Dental+ is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support patient care and education in our Oregon practice. You will greet patients, collect information, verify insurance, and maintain the daily schedule to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires excellent communication, at least a high school diploma, and 2+ years in healthcare or customer service. CPR certification is required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred in business or healthcare.
• Minimum of two years' experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or customer service.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; dental software experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
