Job summary

Elite-Dental-Partners in Illinois seeks a motivated Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients about their treatment plans, present options, and obtain financial consent. This role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and a patient-centered approach.

You will ensure plans are accurate in the system, manage scheduling, coordinate with labs, and complete all administrative tasks with precision. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are offered, including comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software; experience with Dentrix strongly preferred.
