Requirements of Patient Coordinator

Compensation and Benefits

• Wage: $20–25 per hour, DOE90-day review and wage assessment, with potential for an increase40-hour work week
• Health insurance benefit after 30 days; all other benefits eligible after a 90-day probation period
• 40 hours of vacation (accrued annually); doubles at year 3 of service
• 5 days of sick pay per year
• 5 paid holidays
• 401(k) employer contribution
