Job summary

Elite-Dental-Partners in Warrenville, IL seeks a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on plans, present options, and secure consent. You will ensure plan accuracy in the system and manage scheduling, including future appointments, while coordinating with labs to finalize cases before patient visits.

The role requires at least two years in dental/healthcare/service, and proficiency with Dentrix and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 20% and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in dental, healthcare or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits explanations preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to help patients.

• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding offices
