Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking an entry-level PCC I to learn and apply skills in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. You will assist with vital signs, rooming, labs, medication reconciliation, and basic clinical tasks under supervision.

The role includes front-desk support, vaccine administration, and care coordination with providers. A current BLS certification is required, and you will work with a dedicated team at Stanfort Health Care locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus one of the approved medical assisting pathways.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks such as vital signs, rooming, and specimen collection.
• Support check-in/out, vaccine administration, and lab draws as needed.
• Coordinate care with providers, manage CRM/in-basket, and handle phone calls.
• Maintain clinic readiness, supply orders, and timely completion of tasks.
