UofL Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome patients, schedule appointments, and manage records. You will assist with check-in/out in the electronic medical record system and help ensure patient questionnaires are complete for smooth care delivery.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, about a year in a healthcare environment is preferred, and excellent communication to support a compassionate patient experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent (required).
• One year healthcare experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Check patients into the electronic medical record system.
• Ensure patient paperwork is complete and accurately filed.
• Answer and direct phone calls; address patient questions and needs.
• Process referrals, follow-up visits, and other orders as needed.
• Maintain patient education materials and test instructions.
• Support HIPAA privacy and security requirements at all times.
