Job summary

Proliance Surgeons seeks a Patient Services Representative at Everett Bone & Joint Clinic to be the first friendly face for patients. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain patient records with care and privacy.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate data entry, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations in a busy medical office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in public contact, preferably in a medical office.
• Minimum 1 year of front office or reception experience, medical preferred.
• Practice Management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in person and on the phone.
• Greet and direct patients, vendors and visitors.
• Schedule patient appointments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Enter and verify patient information in the EMR and practice management systems.
