Proliance Surgeons - Orthopedic Specialists of Seattle is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face at our Seattle clinic. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and support the clinical team with accurate data entry and payment processing.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of public-facing, medical front-office experience, excellent communication, and a strong commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in public contact, preferably in a medical office.
• Minimum 1-year front office or reception experience, medical preferred.
• Practice Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in person and by phone.
• Greet and direct patients, vendors, and visitors.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.
• Enter patient information accurately in the practice management system.
• Assist with check-in, forms, and patient privacy compliance.
