Avance Care in NW Raleigh is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our part-time team. You’ll welcome patients, manage front desk tasks, handle scheduling, EMR updates, and patient billing processes with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of medical front desk experience or related medical admin exposure, strong communication skills, and comfort with EMR software in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Related degree or medical administrative experience preferred.
• 1 year of medical front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients promptly and professionally.
• Answer phones and relay messages.
• Educate patients on clinic policies and services clearly.
• Maintain front desk and reception area in an organized fashion.
• Coordinate and reschedule appointments; manage walk-ins.
• Enter and update patient data accurately in the EMR system.
• Collect co-pays and at-time-of-service payments.
