Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Medical Front Desk experience.
• Related degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and assist patients promptly and professionally.
• Set up new patients and update information in the EMR.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; coordinate walk-ins.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages as needed.
• Maintain the front desk and reception area in an organized manner.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles; process payments.
• Process referrals with complete information for patients.
• Explain fees, services, and policies to patients.
