Atlantic Medical Imaging in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Receptionist-Scheduler for the new Vascular Institute. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, coordinating appointments, registration, and imaging services to ensure a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, medical office/clerical experience, solid computer skills (including Excel), and excellent interpersonal communication to support HIPAA-compliant operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous medical office/clerical work experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills; able to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them as needed.
• Oversee registration and checkout processes and manage medical records for smooth patient flow.
• Coordinate appointments, imaging, and consultations using electronic scheduling systems.
