Atlantic-Medical-Imaging seeks a Receptionist-Scheduler for its new Eatontown Vascular Institute location. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients and visitors while coordinating appointments, imaging, and consultations with precision.

Training in the Toms River office will occur at start, with full-time hours Monday to Friday. Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and HIPAA awareness are essential for delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Coordinate patient appointments, imaging, and consultations.
• Handle registration and checkout; manage medical records to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect copays.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and privacy standards.
• Provide administrative support to Interventional Radiology staff as needed.
