The AMI Vascular Institute is seeking a Receptionist-Scheduler to join the team in the new, upcoming Eatontown Vascular Institute location. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a dedication to patient care to join AMI's dynamic healthcare team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Receptionist-Scheduler will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our Interventional Radiology department and significantly contributing to the patient experience.

The full time, 40 hour per week position is based in the Eatontown location. The work schedule includes Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Training will take place in the Toms River office location on Route 37 West, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm during the start of employment. Schedules are subject to change based on business and department needs.
QualificationsEligible candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous medical office & clerical work experience is required. Candidates must have intermediate computer skills, familiarity with the Microsoft Excel suite, with the ability to learn new software systems and adapt to changing technologies. A working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal communication, including excellent phone etiquette and the ability to speak clearly and effectively with patients, caregivers, and callers. A demonstrated attention to detail with strong organizational skills is required for success in this position.
