Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Per Diem Patient Liaison for our Redwood City clinic. You will be the welcoming face for patients, handling front desk duties and coordinating with clinical staff.

This on-site position offers flexibility with shifts including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, and is ideal for someone with customer-service excellence and attention to detail. Requirements include 1+ year in customer service, preferably in healthcare, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related field.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of training and development.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence in medical and customer care.
• Availability to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while addressing patient concerns with sensitivity and care.
• Works collaboratively with patients and colleagues while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, complete registration, and manage check-in/out.
• Coordinate scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments.
• Educate patients on post-scan expectations.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff.
• Maintain front desk area to be organized and welcoming.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
