Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Manage patient flow and maintain timely check-in/out processes.
• Collect payments and perform daily reconciliations.
• Perform general office duties as assigned by manager.
